Quality begins before production. We review artwork and project details with manufacturability, readability, finish, and presentation in mind. When a design needs refinement to translate properly into a physical product, we work to identify that before manufacturing begins.

For custom projects, the final approved proof is the primary production reference. Customers have the opportunity to review the important details before production, including artwork, text, layout, size, finish, plating, and other agreed specifications.

Our goal is to manufacture each project according to the approved design and documented specifications using processes appropriate to the product. Because physical manufacturing involves materials and production tolerances, minor variations may occur between pieces or batches.

Finished products are reviewed for meaningful workmanship issues and material discrepancies from the approved project. We distinguish genuine defects from normal characteristics and tolerances of the manufacturing process.

Natural tolerances can exist in metalwork, enamel, plating, printing, embroidery, PVC, woven goods, packaging, and other production methods. The key question is whether the completed product reasonably conforms to the approved design, specifications, and accepted manufacturing tolerances.

If something is materially wrong with your order, contact us with your project details and clear photographs. We will review the concern against the approved proof and specifications and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
