OUR PROCESS
Every custom project is different, but the path should never feel unclear. FIVEO guides each project through a structured process designed to move your idea from concept and artwork to approval, production, quality review, and final delivery.

Tell us what you want to create. Send your concept, wording, logos, reference images, sketches, preferred size, quantity, finish, and any details that matter to the project.

We review the project requirements, references, intended product, and manufacturing considerations. If something is missing or a different approach would produce a stronger result, we identify it before moving forward.

Your concept is developed or refined into artwork with the final physical product in mind. We consider composition, detail, readability, finish, manufacturing method, and the elements that need to be preserved.

You review the proposed artwork and provide feedback. We work through appropriate refinements until the design is ready for final approval.

Before production, you review the final proof and key specifications. Once approved, that proof becomes the primary visual reference for manufacturing.

Your approved project moves into production using the agreed specifications and manufacturing process.

Once production is complete, the finished order is reviewed for meaningful workmanship or specification issues before fulfilment.

Your order is packaged and dispatched. Tracking is provided where available, and our support continues if a legitimate order or delivery issue needs to be reviewed.
Artwork is part of the service. Work begins once FIVEO starts developing or materially refining a project. If a project is delayed, tell us rather than leaving an active design process idle. Dormant or inactive projects follow the current FIVEO Artwork Policy. Artwork created by FIVEO should not be assumed transferable to another manufacturer merely because a concept or proof was shared.
