ORDERS & SHIPPING
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Custom challenge coin projects follow a separate production and shipping timeline.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING?
Yes. Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International shipping is available on selected products. Duties, taxes, and customs delays may apply depending on destination.

CAN I ORDER CUSTOM CHALLENGE COINS?
Yes. FiveO produces custom challenge coins for agencies, organizations, teams, and private groups. Use the Custom Project Request form to start.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ARTWORK?
Artwork is helpful, but not required. Our team can work from logos, sketches, photos, or written descriptions.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
Minimums vary by project type, size, finish, and complexity. Most custom coin projects require a production minimum.
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
Production time depends on design complexity, quantity, and finish. Typical custom coin projects take several weeks after artwork approval.

WHAT DOES MEMBERSHIP INCLUDE?
Memberships provide access to exclusive drops, member-only products, early releases, and collector-focused benefits.
HOW DO I JOIN?

CAN I ACCESS PRIVATE DROPS WITHOUT MEMBERSHIP?

Many FiveO products are limited-run or exclusive. Once sold out, they may not return.
DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD-OUT ITEMS?

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
Materials vary by product. Challenge coins typically use metal alloys with custom finishes. Apparel and accessories use selected premium materials.
CAN PRODUCTS BE GIFTED?

RETURNS & ISSUES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted on eligible unused items within the stated return window. Custom products are generally non-returnable.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Contact us with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and assist with replacement or resolution.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
